Product Returns:
|
To return a product at LaptopWise.com, you'll need to fill in a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Form. This can be done online. We will assign a RMA number for
all the forms filled up. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA
number. Anything returned without RMA number will be refused and returned back to
sender.

Return policy:
|
Returns within 30 days from receipt of order can be returned for exchange, refund
or credit at LaptopWise.com’s discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers
have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent
complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original codes
on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories
and documentation provided by the manufacturer. If any of the above is not returned
with the item, you may be subject to a repackaging fee, which will be determined
on a case by case basis.
LaptopWise.com accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30
days from receipt of order. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned
items unless there was an error on our part. Please note: if you were eligible for
free shipping on your order, and are returning for a refund, then the actual cost
for shipping may be deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for shipping
charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid
for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted.
Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for
by LaptopWise.com. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery.
We will alternatively arrange to collect the items from the customer with no cost
to them.
LaptopWise.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case
it is lost or damaged and to use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery
for your protection.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned
directly to LaptopWise.com within 30 days receipt, at LaptopWise.com’s discretion
for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted
directly by LaptopWise.com within 30 days from receipt, at LaptopWise.com’s discretion
for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 15
percent restocking fee.

DAMAGED ITEMS If merchandise arrives
damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify
LaptopWise.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of
damaged merchandise.
|
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT After 30
days from your invoice date your purchase falls under a warranty replacement. Following
the 30 days, you are only eligible for a replacement of the defective item. Customers
can not exchange for it out for a different item, unless it has been discontinued.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to LaptopWise.com and for
return shipping charges. The fee for return shipping charges will vary due to quantity
and weight of items. The fee will normally be $15.00 to $25.00 for return shipping.
The fee given is to be used as a general guideline only. The actual cost of the
return shipping fee will be e-mailed to you along with your return authorization
number. We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our batteries and accessories. This
warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due
to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. All of our
batteries and accessories can be returned to our address. We reserve the right to
test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. Warranty is void
if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered
or modified.

Package Refusal:
|
We strongly discourage our customers from refusing our packages, as it will cost
more money in the long run. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will
charge for the return shipping cost, which we in turn must deduct from your refund.
Instead, we recommend accepting the package, and contact us to start a return. For
international orders, please be aware that refusing the package does not eliminate
the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier charges. If an international customer
does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping & handling (both ways),
a 15% restocking fee, and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package
back (if applied).

Order Cancellation:
|
Our company understands that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your order. We
are more than happy to accommodate your requests, but we must set a few ground rules.
- You must cancel the order before it is processed. If the warehouse is already processing
the order, we can not guarantee cancellation.
- Please do not contact us via email to cancel your order. Please contact us via phone
during business hours (7:00 am - 6 pm GMT).
- If it is not during business hours, you may email us and then follow up with a phone
call during business hours.

Packages Lost in Transit:
|
If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate
your package. We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer can take
up to 8 business days to process. If the package is not found in that period of
time, we can then reship your order. Unfortunately, we do have to wait until the
tracer is complete before reshipping your order.

Clearance & Final Sales Returns:
|
Due to the nature of clearance product, returns will be limited to defective product
upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by LaptopWise.com at the address
above within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized
after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must submit an online Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form. No returns will be accepted without
an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product
authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 5 business days. Due to limited
stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty
cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The original
packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies
could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
